Subscription Refunds
We offer full refunds for subscription purchases under the following conditions:
- Request must be made within 3 days of purchase
- Usage must be limited to 200 credits or fewer
- Processing fees will be deducted from the refund amount
- No AI videos generated using more than 200 credits total
Subscription Renewal Refunds
We understand that users may sometimes forget to cancel their subscription before automatic renewal. For such cases, we offer full refunds under the following conditions:
- The subscription was automatically renewed
- No credits were used for AI video generation during the renewed billing period
- Refund request must be made within 7 days of the automatic renewal
- Processing fees will be deducted from the refund amount
- The subscription will be immediately cancelled upon refund processing
Credit Purchase Refunds
We offer partial refunds for credit purchases under specific conditions to ensure customer satisfaction:
- Partial refunds are available if you have used less than 50% of your purchased credits
- Refund amount will be calculated based on unused credits minus processing fees
- Request must be made within 30 days of purchase
- Only the value of unused credits will be refunded
- Credits that have been used for AI video generation (more than 50% of the total purchase) are non-refundable
Please carefully consider your video generation needs and credit requirements before making a purchase.
Subscription Plan Changes
If you have accidentally purchased an annual subscription plan instead of a monthly plan, we offer the following accommodation:
- We will convert your annual plan to a monthly plan
- One month of subscription fee plus processing fees will be deducted
- The remaining balance will be refunded to your original payment method
- Unused credits will be preserved in your account
Non-Refundable Items
The following items are not eligible for refunds under any circumstances:
- Credit purchases where more than 50% of credits have been used for AI video generation
- Credit purchases requested beyond 30 days of purchase
- Subscription time that has already passed
- Processing fees charged by payment processors
- Initial subscriptions beyond the 3-day window
- Subscriptions with more than 200 credits used for video generation
- Subscription renewals where credits were used for AI video generation during the billing period
- Subscription renewal refund requests made beyond 7 days of renewal
- AI videos that have been successfully generated and delivered

To request a refund for eligible items, please contact our support team with the following information:
- Go to your User Center and copy the email displayed there to provide it for verification
- Your account email address
- Order number or transaction ID
- Reason for the refund request
- Details of credit usage and AI video generation activity
